Jump Start

7 day program to get you jump started on a healthy lifestyle. This week will help speed up your metabolism, cleanse toxins out of your fat cells, cleanse your liver, kidneys, colon and gall bladder for the summer. On average, men lose 9 – 19 pounds and women lose 6 – 16 pounds of body fat in the week.

After you receive phenomenal results in the first week, you will then be guided through weeks 2-4 to maintain your new, healthy lifestyle. During the entire month of the Jump Start program, you will be assigned a free health coach to help you reach your goals throughout the month.
